***CANCELLATION & NO-SHOWS: Written notice (email/text) is required 24+ hours in advance to reschedule. Less than 24 hrs., verbal notice or being 15+ mins late = no-show and lesson forfeited. Three consecutive no-shows/cancellations may result in termination of lessons without refund or rescheduling option. One verified emergency (incl. illness) allowed every 3 months. RESCHEDULING: • Private lessons: Must reschedule within 2 weeks only; $30 fee applies after that, past package expiry date or beyond allowed cancellations per package. • Group/semi-private: Makeups only during active sessions, if space allows. • Students are responsible for rescheduling. CANCELLATIONS BY SCHOOL: Only two alternate times will be offered; subject to availability. ***PAYMENTS POLICY: All payments are non-refundable. No partial payments accepted. Lessons cancelled if payment isn’t received within 24 hrs. of booking, WE DO NOT RESERVE TIME SLOTS. ***MONTHLY PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS: All payments due on the 1st of each month; 7+ days late = 2% monthly compounded interest + $30 fee. Late payment also triggers last-month fee and loss of time slot. NSF, bounced or cancelled payments = $50 fee. ***PACKAGES & ONLINE SWITCHES: Renew or change after expiry; time slots not reserved. No refunds or time adjustments for switching in-person to online. Private lessons can switch to online with 6-hour written notice only. ***OTHER: Parents must wait outside and be present for pickup. Playground is private property, Vocal School of Vaughan not responsible for any damages. Parking is free around the building. Stay home if showing illness symptoms.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT *

“I have read and understood all the terms and conditions outlined herewith. I acknowledge that the terms and conditions may be changed by Vocal School of Vaughan with prior notice to me. I agree to fulfill all the financial terms of this Agreement and any extension thereof in light of any future renewal or switching of packages or services for the full duration of me or my child taking lessons or sessions at Vocal School of Vaughan. I further release Vocal School of Vaughan from any claim for damages and/or injuries which may be sustained while participating in any activity, including use of any equipment within the school premises. I agree to allow Vocal School of Vaughan to use any photos or videos or audio recordings of myself and/or my child for promotional purposes only.”
